Information gathered through forms
We never share the information we gather on our visitors or users with anyone.
Users' email addresses are used only for contacting our users directly in three different circumstances:
1. to send our newsletters;
2. to inform users of status changes and to send confirmation emails;
3. very rarely, to send emails to all our users, updating them on our service status and improvements.

Cookies

Apache logs
The backbone of our website is the popular Apache Web Server; it registers every single hit in its comprehensive log files. The information it saves includes, but is not limited to, your IP address, the item requested on our server, information relating your browser software, referring page and time of hit. It does NOT include your email address or any other personal information.
All information contained in the Apache logs is not accessible to the public and any third parties. We use it to improve our services, site structure and to learn about who visits our site. The ONLY instances in which we may open our logs to a third party is if we need to track scammers, spammers or other persons seriously breaking the law. In such cases we will provide this information only to the relevant legal authorities.
